Zach Tinsley is a Wellington born Melbourne based freelance chef and collaborator. After a stint at Osteria Ilaria and running the hatted Congress Wine in Collingwood, Zach has found his niche as a punchy, provenance focused chef who cooks with tongue in cheek humor and composes imaginative and nuanced dishes that satisfy. One question he asks himself and his peers when it comes to piecing a dish together is “Does it taste good?” – a simple question that often acts as a circuit breaker for his plates, sorting the fluff from the substance.
